Program reviews and ongoing support

Remote EHS Program Support

Practical help for management teams that need clear priorities, usable safety procedures and consistent follow-through.

Discuss Your Program

Start with the work that matters

Paramount reviews an agreed set of program records and client-provided operating information to identify gaps, organize priorities and develop useful resources. You can begin with a defined review and add scheduled support around the needs identified with your team.

Program reviews

Review selected policies and records, document evidence gaps and prepare a prioritized findings and action register.

Procedures and job safety

Develop or revise SOPs, JSAs/JHAs and checklists using client-verified tasks and hazard information.

Management support

Scheduled discussions, written recommendations and follow-up on agreed program priorities.

Training and audit preparation

Training matrices, toolbox-talk content, record organization, action tracking and document-readiness reviews.

Ways to work together

A defined review or ongoing support

Initial program review

One agreed site or workflow, a defined source-record limit, a findings and action register, and a management review session. The quote sets the exact outputs, dates and fixed fee.

Ongoing program support

An agreed monthly hour budget and task plan, scheduled meetings and defined response expectations. Monthly activity and fees are reconciled to actual work. Each further period is agreed in writing.

Scope that is clear from the start

Every engagement identifies the topics, sites, records, deliverables and client review roles. Services are remote-only. Physical inspections, exposure sampling, emergency response, operational authorization, engineering certification and legal opinions are outside the standard offer.

Environmental tasks are individually scoped to demonstrated competence and confirmed coverage. Environmental permitting, pollution or contamination opinions, remediation and exposure measurement are not included in the standard service.

Training support covers materials and records; it does not issue OSHA cards or replace required hands-on or site-specific training. The client retains employer and operator responsibilities. No guarantee of regulatory compliance is made.
